开放大学思政课集体备课提升路径研究

摘要
开放大学思政课集体备课是推动开放大学思政课创优提质的重要手段,是开放大学建设高质量思政课教师队伍的重要途径,是提升人才培养质量的重要抓手.但是开放大学在思政课集体备课过程中,存在集体备课内容针对性不强、备课形式多样性不够、体制机制不健全等问题.因此,在开放大学开展思政课集体备课的过程中,要坚持常规性备课与专题式备课相结合,丰富集体备课内容;坚持四个有机结合,拓宽集体备课形式;加强制度建设,推动集体备课活动制度化,彰显思政课是立德树人的关键课程.
Abstract
Collective lesson preparation for ideological and political courses in open universities is an important means to promote the creation and improvement of ideological and political courses in open universities.It is also an important way to build a high-quality team of ideological and political course teachers in open universities,and an important lever to improve the quality of talent cultivation.However,in the process of collective lesson preparation for ideological and political courses in open universities,there are problems such as lack of targeted content,insufficient diversity of lesson preparation forms,and inadequate institutional mechanisms.Therefore,in the process of carrying out collective lesson preparation for ideological and political courses in open universities,it is necessary to adhere to the combination of routine lesson preparation and thematic lesson preparation,and en-rich the content of collective lesson preparation;adhere to the four organic combinations and broaden the forms of collective lesson preparation;strengthen institutional construction,promote the institutionalization of collective lesson preparation activities,and highlight that ideological and political courses are key courses for cultivating mo-rality and talent.
