数学师范生实践能力的目标体系构建和实施路径探索——以唐山师范学院为例

摘要
为推动乡村教育的高质量发展,适应中小学课改和人工智能时代的需求,为基础教育培养"四有"好老师,该文基于对唐山市基础教育、唐山师范学院数学专业师范生及其培养过程的调研分析,对照《中小学教师职业能力标准》,建构数学专业师范生实践能力的二级目标体系,探索形成助力师范生实践能力提升和职业发展的协同育人路径.
Abstract
To promote the high-quality development of rural education,adapt to the needs of the curriculum re-form in primary and secondary schools and the era of artificial intelligence,and cultivate"four haves"good teach-ers for basic education.Based on a survey and analysis of the basic education in Tangshan,the mathematics nor-mal students at Tangshan Normal University,and their training process,based on the Professional Ability Stan-dards for Primary and Secondary School Teachers,a two-level goal system for practical ability of mathematics ma-jor normal school students is constructed,and a collaborative educational path is explored to help improve practi-cal ability and career development of normal school students.
