基于混合教学模式的食品机械与设备课程思政教学模式探索

摘要
专业课程是课程思政的基本载体,是育人的"主战场".食品机械与设备课程是食品科学与工程专业的核心课程之一,在本课程中融入思政,对于培育大学生专业素养和核心价值观具有重要意义.为了提高课程思政教学效果,该文结合课程内容特点,深度挖掘思政元素,重构了混合教学赋能课程思政的教学模式,以期为高校食品科学与工程专业课程的思政教学提供借鉴.
Abstract
Professional courses are the basic carrier of ideological and political education,and the"main battle-field"of education.The Food Machinery and Equipment course is one of the key courses of the food science and engineering major.Integrating ideological and political education into the course is of great significance for culti-vating college students'professional literacy and core values.In order to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education in the course,this article combines the characteristics of the course content,deeply ex-plores the elements of ideological and political education,and explores the reconstruction of the teaching mode of blended teaching empowering ideological and political education in the course,in order to provide reference for ideological and political education in food science and engineering majors in universities.
