摘要
化工仿真工厂实训课程是一门实践性强的课程,依托零排放热态循环乙酸乙酯生产半实物仿真工厂和煤化工半实物仿真工厂,学生运行仿真工厂能够模拟真实化工生产过程,深入了解化工企业.该文从课程内容的优化与创新、教学手段与方法的改革、考核方式的多样化等方面进行化工仿真工厂实训课程建设.学生通过学习化工仿真工厂实训课程,能够达成知识、能力、素质的课程目标,符合现代化工行业对应用创新型人才的培养要求.
Abstract
Chemical simulation factory practical training course is a strong practical course,relying on the zero-emission hot cycle ethyl acetate production semi-physical simulation factory and coal chemical semi-physical simulation factory.Students can run the simulation factory to simulate the real chemical production process,in-depth understanding of chemical enterprises.In this paper,from the optimization and innovation of the course con-tent,the reform of teaching means and methods,and the diversification of assessment methods,the construction of the practical training course of chemical simulation factory is carried out.Through the study of chemical simula-tion factory practical training course,students can achieve the course objectives of knowledge,ability and quality,and meet the training requirements of modern chemical industry for innovative talents.
