摘要

新时代职业教育金融人才的培养随着产业现代化的升级面临诸多挑战,职业教育校企合作模式是当前较为火热的技术技能人才培养方式,但当前对于职业教育金融人才的培养尚存在育人观念、教学体系、主体选择、队伍建设等方面的问题.针对此类现状,需要从构建教学平台、优化教学模式、创新主体选择、完善教师队伍建设等方面出发,全面推进新时代职业教育校企合作的深度和广度,为培养新时代金融人才奠定坚实基础.

Abstract

The cultivation of financial talents in vocational education in the new era faces many challenges with the upgrading of industrial modernization.The model of school-enterprise cooperation is currently a popular way to train technical and skilled talents in vocational education.However,there are still problems in the cultivation of financial talents in vocational education in aspects such as educational concepts,teaching systems,subject se-lection,and team building.In response to this current situation,it is necessary to comprehensively promote the depth and breadth of school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education in the new era by building a teaching platform,optimizing teaching models,innovating subject selection,and improving the construction of the teaching team,so as to lay a solid foundation for the cultivation of financial talents in the new era.
