摘要

中药制药专业的实践性较强,针对目前实训教学主要以课程为单位,碎片化大过于整体化的现象,对中药制药专业的综合实训体系进行了改革探索与实践.基于产业调研,确定其对应的产业岗位群,实训内容的设定由课程需求向岗位群需求转移,以对中药制药企业相关岗位群对技能人才的要求为基础,从优化实训内容和考核评价方式、建设配套教学资源、开展实训第二课堂、融入思政教学元素等几方面进行了有益尝试,为进一步优化改革奠定了基础.

Abstract

The major of TCM pharmaceutical manufacturing is highly practical.In response to the phenomenon that the current practical training teaching mainly takes courses as the unit,and the content is fragmented and lacks integrity,the reform exploration and practice of the practical training teaching of the major are carried out.Based on industry research,corresponding industry job clusters has been determined,and the demand for the set-ting of practical training content has shifted from courses to job clusters,and based on the requirements of the rel-evant post groups for the skilled talents of TCM pharmaceutical enterprises,beneficial attempts were made from optimizing the content and assessment methods of practical training,constructing supporting teaching resources,carrying out the second classroom of practical training,and integrating ideological and political teaching ele-ments,which laid a foundation for further optimization of the reform.
