摘要
文章阐述了药物制剂企业新型学徒制的特点,在分析具体药品生产企业岗位的基础上,制订了企业新型学徒制工学一体化人才培养方案,根据培养方案确定了企业新型学徒制的培训课程,并对课程的实施、课程的考核与评价、企业新型学徒制办学成效进行了归纳与总结.
Abstract
This paper elaborated the characteristics of the new apprenticeship system in pharmaceutical manufac-turing enterprises.And developed an integrated talent training plan for the new apprenticeship system based on the analysis of specific job positions in pharmaceutical production enterprises.According to the training plan,training courses for the new apprenticeship system in enterprises were determined,and the implementation,as-sessment and evaluation of the courses,as well as the effectiveness of the new apprenticeship system in enter-prises were summarized.
