摘要
该文主要探讨在"双高计划"背景下,县域中职如何开展"双师型"教师校本培训.通过对当前中职教师队伍现状和存在的问题进行分析,结合"双高计划"对中职教育提出的新要求,提出了一种适合县域中职的"双师型"教师校本培训模式,并通过实践验证了该模式的可行性和效果.
Abstract
This paper mainly discusses how secondary vocational schools in counties carry out school-based train-ing for"double-qualified"teachers in the context of the"double-high plan".By analyzing the current status and existing problems of the teaching staff of secondary vocational schools,and combining the new requirements of the"double-high plan"for secondary vocational education,a school-based training model of"double-qualified"teacher suitable for secondary vocational schools in counties is proposed,and the feasibility and effect of this model are verified through practice.
