重大平台科技创新团队建设对策研究

摘要
在新时代科技背景下,重大科学规律的发现和颠覆性技术的突破更加依赖跨学科、跨专业的集体性团队组织合作.加强重大平台科技创新团队建设,是加快科技创新、提高科技创新效率的必然要求和重要保证.该文分析和总结了新加坡依托重大平台推进科技创新团队建设的经验,在此基础上,从加强团队顶层设计和规划、完善依托平台体制和运行机制、创新团队建设支持机制等方面提出加强科技创新团队建设的对策和建议.
Abstract
In the context of science and technology in the new era,the discovery of major scientific laws and dis-ruptive technological breakthroughs rely more on interdisciplinary collective team organization and cooperation.Strengthening the construction of major scientific and technological innovation teams is an inevitable requirement and an important guarantee for accelerating scientific and technological innovation and improving the efficiency of scientific and technological innovation.This paper analyzes and summarizes the construction experience of Singa-pore's scientific and technological innovation team,and on this basis,puts forward countermeasures and sugges-tions to strengthen the construction of scientific and technological innovation team from the aspects of strengthen-ing the top-level design and planning of the team,improving the relying platform system and operation mecha-nism,and innovation team construction support mechanism.
