摘要

新冠疫情暴发以来,传统的高等教育国际化模式面临巨大挑战,研究后疫情时代高校"在地国际化"教育,对促进我国国际化人才培养具有十分重要的意义.地方高等院校开展"在地国际化"教育中存在如何有效利用国外优质教育资源、国际化教学师资等困境.文章通过国际优质教育资源与高校本土优质教育资源实现有机融合、现代信息技术与国际化教育有效融合、借助线上和线下相结合"两路径"的方式,加强课程国际化、教学国际化、师资国际化、教育环境国际化建设,并构建多主体参与的"在地国际化"教学质量保障机制,促进地方高校"在地国际化"教育开展.

Abstract

Since the outbreak of the COVID-19,the traditional mode of internationalization of higher education has faced enormous challenges.It is of great significance to study the"Internationalization at Home"(IaH)educa-tion of universities in the post-epidemic era in order to promote the cultivation of international talents in China.There are some difficulties,such as the effective utilization of foreign high-quality educational resources and in-ternational teaching staff in the implementation of IaH education local universities.So,local universities can strengthen the construction of curriculum internationalization,teaching internationalization,teacher international-ization,and educational environment internationalization by integrating international high quality educational re-sources with local high quality educational resources,and integrating modern information technology with interna-tional education,through the online and offline paths.They also need to build a multi-subject participation IaH education quality assurance mechanism,to promote the implementation of IaH education.
