摘要
在OBE理念下,高校亟须构建本科教学质量持续改进体系,实现教学质量管理目标,促进人才培养质量的螺旋式上升.文章分析六西格玛DMAIC方法在本科教学质量持续改进应用的必要性和可行性,在此基础上,构建基于DMAIC方法的本科教学质量持续改进体系.以C高校两个学年的学生评教数据为依据,开展基于DMAIC方法的教师课堂教学质量持续改进工作实证分析.分析结果表明,该方法可用于提升持续改进教师课堂教学质量.
Abstract
Under the concept of OBE,it is urgent for universities to build a system of continuous improvement of undergraduate teaching quality,achieve the goal of teaching quality management,and promote the spiral improve-ment of talent training quality.This paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of applying Six Sigma DMAIC method in the continuous improvement of undergraduate teaching quality,and on this basis,constructs the con-tinuous improvement system of undergraduate teaching quality based on DMAIC method.The empirical analysis of continuous improvement of classroom teaching quality based on DMAIC method is carried out based on the data of students'teaching evaluation in C university for two academic years.The analysis results show that this method can be used to improve continuous improvement of classroom teaching quality.
