新时代学生干部培养管理机制的构建

摘要
学生干部是辅助教师对班级进行管理的重要人才,是进行自我管理、自我教育、自我服务的关键学生代表.建立学生干部培养管理机制,有利于提高学生干部的管理能力与责任意识、服务水平,规范干部人才的管理内容,培养凝聚力强的优秀班集体.文章着重研究新生入学前、就读期间的过程管理两个阶段,从学校、学院、班级三个维度进行立体管理培育,定制干部岗位职责说明书等可量化管理模式,以管理效果评价为导向,探索建立可复制、可推广的干部管理制度.
Abstract
Student cadres are important talents to assist teachers in class management,and are the key student representatives for self-management,self-education and self-service.The establishment of student cadres train-ing and management mechanism is conducive to improving the management ability of student cadres and sense of responsibility,service level,standardizing the management content of cadres,and cultivating class cohesion of the excellent class group.Focusing on the two stages of process management from the pre-enrollment of new students and during the period of study,and three-dimensional management cultivation from the school,college and class dimensions,this paper customizes quantifiable management models such as cadres'job descriptions,and ex-plores the establishment of a replicable and scalable cadre management system oriented on the evaluation of man-agement effects.
