体育专业学生就业观念影响因素分析——以晋中师范高等专科学校为例
Analysis of Factors Influencing the Employment Concepts of Physical Education Majors:Taking Jinzhong Normal Junior College as an Example

摘要
自国家"双减"政策实施以来,体育类相关专业迎来了新的发展机遇.该文采用问卷调查的方式获得体育类相关专业学生的就业观念和就业意向数据,以毕业生和在校生为切入点,比较分析了他们在职业选择、工作区域、薪资期望的差异.采用MannWhitney U检验分析法分析了毕业生和在校生在就业信心、就业心态、就业努力程度、创业意愿、困难认识方面的差异.结果显示,中小学体育教师是最期望的职业,在校生表现出更强烈的升学和自主创业的愿望,回生源地就业是学生的第一选择,在校生有较高的就业信心,就业紧迫感略低,更愿意为了就业提升各项技能、寻求各方面的帮助.最后,以外部因素为切入点,采用Ken-dall's tau-b相关性分析法分析了学校教育、家庭环境、朋辈交流、社会环境对于学生的就业观念影响.
Abstract
Since the implementation of the"double reduction"policy,sports-related majors have ushered in new development opportunities.A questionnaire survey was used to obtain data on the employment concepts and em-ployment intentions of students majoring in sports-related majors.Taking graduates and current students as the entry point,the differences in their career choices,work areas,and salary expectations were comparatively ana-lyzed.The MannWhitney U test analysis method was used to analyze the differences between graduates and cur-rent students in terms of employment confidence,employment mentality,employment effort,entrepreneurial inten-tion,and difficulty understanding.The results show that physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools are the most desired profession.Current students show a stronger desire to further their studies and start their own businesses.Returning to their place of origin for employment is students'first choice.Current students have high employment confidence and a slightly low sense of urgency in employment.They are more willing to im-prove their skills and seek help from all aspects for employment.Finally,taking external factors as the starting point,Kendall's tau-b correlation analysis method was used to analyze the impact of school education,family en-vironment,peer communication,and social environment on students'employment concepts.
