摘要
实现思想政治工作体系现代化是医学院校思想政治工作的发展方向.为了更好地遵循思想政治工作的规律、更好地满足"新医科"建设要求、更好地应对发展中的机遇挑战,推进新时代医学院校思想政治工作体系现代化势在必行.医学院校思想政治工作体系现代化应当符合医学教育的特点与规律,具有明确清晰的思想政治工作多元主体,成为突破界限、具备完整育人功能的体系.具体建设思路需要从以下三方面着力:铸牢医教协同的思想政治工作共同体意识;丰富以医德教育为重点的德育内容体系;形成"纵向到底、横向到边"的思想政治工作格局.
Abstract
The modernization of the ideological and political work system has become a crucial imperative for the development of ideological and political work in medical colleges and universities.To effectively adhere to the laws of ideological and political work,meet the requirements of constructing the"new medical science",and adeptly navigate the opportunities and challenges in development,advancing the modernization of the ideological and political work system in medical colleges and universities is an inevitable task.This modernization should align with the characteristics and laws of medical education,possess the capability to integrate diverse subjects in-volved in ideological and political work,and evolve into a comprehensive system with the complete function of nurturing individuals.The path to advancing the modernization of the ideological and political work system in medical colleges and universities should focus on three key aspects:strengthening the awareness of a collabora-tive ideological and political work community between medicine and education,enriching the content system with a focus on medical ethics education,and establishing a comprehensive ideological and political work pattern that extends both vertically and horizontally.
