大兴调查研究之风背景下管理学专业的社会调查研究教学改革初探

摘要
中国管理学界实践转型,迫切需要大兴调查研究之风,因此提升管理学专业学生的社会调查研究能力势在必行.该文从中国管理实践转型需要出发,探究了社会调查研究在管理学专业中的功能定位,提出了课程思政与调查研究相结合、理论知识与社会实践相结合、质性调研与调查数据相结合、传统定量方法与数据算法相结合、目标导向与问题导向相结合五种教学模式.在此基础上,从调研对象、教材优化、课堂培养、技术应用、考核评价五个方面探讨了社会调查研究教学革新路径,以期培养脚踏实地、实事求是、具备自主调查研究能力的管理学人才.
Abstract
At present,China's management practice transformation urgently needs to develop the wind of investi-gation and research,and it is imperative to enhance the social investigation and research ability of management students.This paper combines the needs of management practice transformation,explores the functional position of social research in management majors,and proposes five teaching modes combining course ideology and survey research,combining theoretical knowledge and social practice,combining qualitative research and survey data,combining traditional quantitative methods and data algorithms,as well as combining goal-orientation and problem-orientation.On the basis of this,it puts forward the teaching innovation path of social research from such five aspects as research object,textbook optimization,classroom training,technology application and assessment and evaluation,in order to cultivate management talents who are down-to-earth,realistic and have the ability of independent investigation and research.
