摘要
张雪门先生在幼稚师范实习理论中提出"有系统组织的"实习,该理论对我国学前教育专业实习仍具有重要的借鉴意义.本研究根据张雪门幼稚师范实习理论的内容和形式、实习基地、时间、导师与方法四个方面内容,提出拓展实习内容、丰富实习形式,建立稳定的实习基地、与实习基地密切合作,延长实习时间、实施全程教育实习,选择优秀实习指导教师、提高实习质量等启示.
Abstract
Mr.Zhang Xuemen proposed"systematically organized"practice in his theory of preschool education practice.This theory is still of important reference significance for the practice of the preschool education major in China.Based on the four aspects of Zhang Xuemen's theory of preschool education practice,namely content and form,practice base,time,instructors and methods,this study puts forward the following inspirations:expanding the content of practice and enriching the form of practice;establishing a stable practice base,and cooperating closely with the base;extending the time of practice,and implementing whole-process educational practice;se-lecting outstanding instructors,and improving the quality of practice.
