摘要

创新型人才培养是教育强国的重要举措,是高职院校人才培养的重要目标,是创新型国家发展的强大动力.随着高职院校的持续扩招,建设资金缺乏、创新型师资队伍建设薄弱导致了学生创新素质不足的问题.该文分析了OBE理念和创新素质的内涵,确定以培养生物制药技术专业创新型人才为目标,针对学生创新素质不足的原因,从课程体系、师资队伍、人才培养的软硬环境三个方面进行教学探索与实践,结合实际情况提出改进措施,希望可以为生物制药技术专业今后的教学改革提供参考.

Abstract

The cultivation of innovative talents is an important measure for building a strong education country,an important goal of talent cultivation in vocational colleges,and a powerful driving force for the development of an innovative country.With the continuous expansion of enrollment and lack of construction funds in higher voca-tional colleges,as well as the weak construction of innovative teaching staff,students have insufficient innovative qualities.This article analyzes the connotation of OBE concept and innovative quality,and determines that the goal is to cultivate innovative talents in the field of biopharmaceutical technology.In response to the reasons for insufficient innovative quality,teaching exploration and practice are carried out from three aspects:curriculum system,teaching staff,and the soft and hard environment for talent cultivation.Based on the actual situation,im-provement measures are proposed,hoping to provide reference for the future teaching reform of this major.
