摘要
在"双高"建设背景下,中山火炬职业技术学院积极推进知识产权培训课程建设,以培养具有高水平和"走出去"能力的知识产权人才为目标,为中山市、广东省乃至我国知识产权制度建设领域输送大量人才.该课程采用理论培训与实践培训相结合的方式,组织形式灵活多样,包括课堂教学、案例分析、实践操作等环节,旨在提高学生的综合素质和创新能力.该文介绍了该课程的培养目标、课程内容与组织形式、课程特色与实施效果以及实施过程中遇到的问题,提出了解决策略和建议.
Abstract
In the context of"double high"construction,Zhongshan Torch Polytechnic actively promotes the con-struction of the intellectual property training course,with the goal of cultivating intellectual property talents with high levels and"going global"capabilities,and providing a large number of talents in the field of intellectual property institutional construction for Zhongshan City,Guangdong Province and even the country.Based on a com-bination of theoretical training and practical training,the organizational forms of the course are flexible and di-verse,including classroom teaching,case analysis,practical operation,etc.,aiming to improve students'compre-hensive quality and innovation ability.This paper introduces the training objectives,course content and organiza-tional form,course characteristics and implementation effects of the course,as well as problems encountered dur-ing the implementation process,and proposes problem-solving strategies and suggestions.
