该文探讨了激励机制在小学班级管理中的应用.分析了激励机制的原理及其在小学班级管理中的重要性,介绍了不同类型的激励方法,阐述了激励机制在小学班级管理中的应用原则,讨论了如何根据小学生的特点制定激励策略,最后总结了激励机制在小学班级管理中的积极作用,并提出了进一步完善的建议.
Abstract
This paper discusses the application of incentive mechanism in primary school class management.The principle of incentive mechanism and its importance in primary school class management are analyzed.Different types of incentive methods are introduced.The application principles of incentive mechanism in primary school class management are expounded.How to formulate incentive strategies based on the characteristics of primary school students is discussed.Finally,the positive role of incentive mechanism in primary school class manage-ment is summarized and suggestions for further improvement are put forward.
