摘要
当前,高职院校的心理健康教育课程与市场就业需求存在一定程度的偏离,主要表现在课程内容与职业实际所需技能之间的脱节、对学生心理素质和职业适应能力培养的不足.因此,根据就业市场的需求对高职院校心理健康教育课程进行改革显得尤为必要.该文分析了高职院校心理健康教育课程改革的价值、思路和关键措施,旨在为高职院校培养具有创新创业素质的专业人才提供参考.
Abstract
The current mental health education courses in higher vocational colleges deviate to a certain extent from market employment needs,which is mainly reflected in the disconnection between course content and the skills actually required by the profession,and the lack of training in students'psychological quality and career adaptability.Therefore,it is particularly necessary to reform the mental health education courses in higher voca-tional colleges according to the needs of the job market.This paper analyzes the value,ideas and key measures of curriculum reform for mental health education in higher vocational colleges,aiming to provide reference for higher vocational colleges to cultivate professional talents with innovative and entrepreneurial qualities.
