摘要

创新能力是高素质高层次人才的重要特征,创新能力培养是高校研究生教育的核心,如何培养跨学科工科研究生的科研创新能力是值得探讨的重要课题.文章结合西安石油大学理学院研究生的多学科生源背景,提出从研究生的培养模式、课程体系、导师队伍和合作平台等主要方面来优化跨学科工科研究生的培养措施;同时结合挖掘研究生在本科阶段的专业与导师研究方向的契合点,定期举办各类专题研讨会和讲座,鼓励研究生积极参加相关的学术会议、学科竞赛或进行各种学术交流等策略,构建跨学科工科研究生科研创新能力的培养范式.

Abstract

Innovation ability is an important characteristic of high-quality and high-level talents,and the cultiva-tion of innovation ability is the core of postgraduate education in colleges and universities.How to cultivate the scientific research and innovation ability of interdisciplinary master's students is a focus that needs to be ex-plored.Based on the multidisciplinary background of postgraduates in the School of Science of Xi'an Shiyou Uni-versity,this paper proposes to optimize the training measures for interdisciplinary postgraduates including the postgraduate training mode,curriculum system,faculty team,and cooperation platform.At the same time,it also combines strategies such as exploring the alignment between the majors during the undergraduate stage and the research direction of their mentors,regularly holding various special seminars and lectures,and encouraging post-graduates to actively participate in relevant academic conferences,subject competitions or various academic ex-changes to build a cultivating paradigm for interdisciplinary postgraduates'research and innovation abilities.
