摘要

在非全日制研究生招生考试改革的背景下,针对非全日制研究生面临的培养过程管理松散、社会认可度不高和课题完成困难等问题,围绕"双一流"建设对提高人才培养质量的要求,从培养目标、培养方案、教学方法、导师指导和考核体系等方面构建非全日制研究生培养体系.结果表明,该措施切实提升了非全日制研究生整体培养质量,推动了研究生教育发展.

Abstract

In the context of the reform of the admission examination for part-time postgraduates,in view of the problems faced by part-time postgraduates such as loose management of the education process,low social recogni-tion,and difficulty in completing projects,around the requirement of the construction of"double first-class"for improving the quality of talent training,a part-time postgraduate training system is constructed in terms of train-ing objectives,training plans,teaching methods,the tutor's guidance,and the assessment system.The results show that this measure has effectively improved the overall training quality of part-time postgraduates and pro-moted the development of postgraduate education.
