摘要
在"互联网+"时代背景下,高校外语教师数字素养的提升已成为教育发展的重要课题.该文深入探讨了当前高校外语教师研修模式的现状,并基于此提出了创新研修模式的独特之处.通过个性化研修计划的制订、以数字化素养提升为核心的目标设定、经验学习圈与共同体协同的促进以及循环往复机制的实施,该文旨在构建一个全面、系统、可持续的高校外语教师数字素养研修模式.经过实践检验,该研修模式取得了显著的成果.教师的教学能力得到了大幅提升,教学效果显著;同时,教科研成果丰硕,推动了教师科研水平迈上新台阶.更为重要的是,数字素养测评机制的完善,有效促进了教师数字素养的整体提升,为教师的专业发展提供了有力的支持.
Abstract
In the context of the"Internet+"era,the improvement of digital competency of foreign language teach-ers in colleges and universities has become an important issue in educational development.This paper deeply dis-cusses the current situation of training modes for foreign language teachers in colleges and universities,and based on this,puts forward the unique features of the innovated training mode.Through the formulation of individualized training plans,the setting of goals with digital competency improvement as the core,the promotion of experiential learning circles and community collaboration,and the implementation of a cyclical mechanism,this paper aims to build a comprehensive,systematic,and sustainable digital competency training mode for foreign language teach-ers in colleges and universities.After practical testing,remarkable results have been achieved through this train-ing mode.The teachers'teaching ability has been greatly improved,and the teaching effect is remarkable;at the same time,the teaching and scientific research results have been fruitful,which has promoted the teachers'scien-tific research to a new level.More importantly,the improvement of assessment mechanism for digital competency has effectively promoted the overall improvement of the teachers'digital competency and provided strong support for teachers'professional development.
