摘要
近年来,高校学术不端事件频发,学术不端行为已严重影响到高校学术生态.作为高校廉洁文化建设的重要组成部分,维护学术诚信、防范学术不端势在必行.文章旨在探讨当前高校学术不端行为的定义、表现形式及影响因素,并分析现有学术不端防范的现实困境.基于以上分析结果,提出建立高校学术不端防范机制的有效策略,包括完善法律与制度规范、改革学术评价制度、加强学术论文和项目评审管理、完善学术诚信教育、加强学术诚信档案管理等.
Abstract
In recent years,academic misconduct incidents have occurred frequently in universities,and academic misconduct has seriously affected the academic ecology in universities.As an important part of the clean culture construction in universities,it is imperative to maintain academic integrity and prevent academic misconduct.This paper aims to explore the definition,forms and influencing factors of academic misconduct in universities,and analyze the practical difficulties in the prevention of academic misconduct.Based on the above analysis re-sults,the paper puts forward some effective strategies to establish a prevention mechanism for academic miscon-duct in universities,including improving laws and regulations,reforming the academic evaluation system,strengthening the management of academic papers and projects,improving academic integrity education,and strengthening the management of academic integrity files.
