摘要
张謇、黄炎培、陶行知都是中国近代伟大的教育家,在教育实践中形成了丰富的劳动教育思想.在共同的劳动教育目标下形成的劳动教育思想,包括知行结合,教学做合一;劳工神圣,树立正确的职业观;促就业,增生产的实用主义劳动观;重视道德,培养全面发展的劳动者;合作育人,产教融合.这些思想对新时代的劳动教育思想有着重大的启发作用.
Abstract
Zhang Jian,Huang Yanpei,and Tao Xingzhi are the greatest educators in Modern China,developing rich ideas during their educational practice.Among them,there are labor education thoughts shaped under the common goal of labor education,including the Combination of Knowledge and Action and the Integration of Teaching,Learning,and Practice,the Sacred Labor Idea which initiates the establishment of a correct outlook on the career,the Pragmatist Labor Concept featured by promoting employment and increasing production,the idea which puts great value on ethics and aims to develop well-rounded workforce,the idea of collaborative education,the idea of the integration between industry and education,etc.These ideas have a great enlightening effect on the thinking of labor education in the new era.
