摘要
基于轨道车辆振动理论课程公式繁杂、理解难度高及传统课堂教学欠缺直观振动现象演示的问题,利用Adobe Animate CC、MATLAB、Hypermesh、ANSYS和Adobe Media Encoder CC多种软件联合,建立了多种表现形式的虚拟振动演示系统.该系统通过交互式动画、振动曲线及振动云图等虚拟实验技术,将振动理论和现象多角度地呈现给学生.以单自由度无阻尼强迫振动与简单弹性体振动为例,介绍了多软件联合建立虚拟振动演示系统的过程,直观地展示了典型振动形式的动态过程,有助于深化学生对基础理论的理解,激发其学习兴趣,提高轨道车辆振动课程的教学质量.
Abstract
Adobe Animate CC,MATLAB,Hypermesh,ANSYS and Adobe Media Encoder CC are associated to establish a virtual vibration demonstration system with multiple presentation forms due to the complicated theory formula,difficulty understanding and lacking of the visual vibration demonstration of the railway vehicle vibration in traditional classroom teaching.This system presents vibration theory and phenomenon to students from mul-tiple views through interactive animation,vibration curve and vibration cloud image and other virtual experimen-tal technology.Taking single degree of freedom undamped forced vibration and simple elastic beam vibration as examples,the process of establishing the virtual vibration demonstration system with multi-software is intro-duced,and the dynamic process of typical vibration forms is visually demonstrated,which is helpful to deepen stu-dents'understanding of basic theory,stimulate their learning interest,and improve the teaching quality of Rail Vehicle Vibration course.
