摘要
交通强国战略不仅为我国水运行业的发展提供了新机遇,也对水运行业的人才培养提出了新要求.以水运行业需求为视角,发现目前"水工钢筋混凝土结构"课程存在教学目标定位不明确、教学内容与行业需求不对接、实践教学薄弱、教学方法单一、考核评价不全面等问题.针对上述问题,分别从教学内容、教学方法、实践教学和考核评价等方面进行了课程改革与实践探索,以切实培养学生的工程意识、实践能力和创新精神.
Abstract
The strategy of building a transportation power in the new era not only provides new opportunities for the development of China's water transport industry but also puts forward new requirements for talent cultivation.From the perspective of the needs of the water transport industry,it is found that there are problems such as un-clear teaching objectives,mismatch between teaching content and industry needs,weak practical teaching,single teaching methods,and incomplete assessment and evaluation in the current curriculum on Hydraulic Reinforced Concrete Structure for water engineering.To address these issues,curriculum reform and practical exploration have been conducted from the aspects of teaching content,teaching methods,practical teaching,and assessment and evaluation to effectively improve students'engineering awareness,practical ability,and innovation spirit.
