摘要

"金融产品营销基础"课程是培育新时代金融营销人才的基础必修课程.该文以该课程为例,以培养"专能精、通能强、素质高"的职业技能与职业精神高度融合的高素质技术技能人才为目标,从智慧职教教学平台的课程思政教学资源建设、教学情境创设的课程思政元素浸润式教学设计、翻转课堂教学模式的课程思政教学实践探索三个方面,构建了课程思政融入"金融产品营销基础"的教学新范式,对新时代高职院校基础课程思政教学范式创新具有较好的借鉴意义.

Abstract

The course Fundamentals of Financial Product Marketing is a compulsory course for cultivating finan-cial marketing talents in the new era.The paper takes this course as an example and aims to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents who are highly integrated with professional skills and spirit,with the goal of cultivating"specialized,proficient,versatile,and high-quality"vocational skills.It explores three aspects:the construction of ideological and political teaching resources on the smart vocational education teaching platform,the infiltration of ideological and political elements in teaching context creation,and the practical exploration of ideological and political teaching in flipped classroom teaching mode.A new teaching paradigm integrating ideo-logical and political education into the Fundamentals of Financial Product Marketing has been constructed,which has good reference significance for the innovation of ideological and political education paradigm in basic courses of higher vocational colleges in the new era.
