精准思政视域下高职院校就业育人工作研究

摘要
就业育人是高职院校落实立德树人根本任务的重要环节,在新时代大思政格局下,聚焦思政教育精准融入就业育人工作,探索因人施策、精准指导、靶向帮扶、智能高效的实践路径,对加强高职院校就业育人实效具有重要意义.该文以层进式分析法阐述了精准思政视域下高职院校就业育人工作研究的价值意蕴、困境审思及提升路径,旨在为高职院校就业育人工作的提质增效提供借鉴思路,以就业育人温度强化就业工作力度.
Abstract
Employment education is an important link for higher vocational colleges to carry out the fundamental task of moral education.Under the ideological and political pattern of the new era,it is of great significance to strengthening the effect of employment education in higher vocational colleges by focusing on ideological and po-litical education accurately integrating into the work of employment education,exploring the practical approach of individualized implementation of strategies,accurate guidance,targeted assistance,intelligence and efficiency.This paper expounds the value implication,dilemma consideration and improvement path of the research on em-ployment education in higher vocational colleges under the precise ideological and political perspective,aiming at providing reference ideas for improving the quality and efficiency of employment education in higher vocational colleges,and strengthening employment-related work with the temperature of employment education.
