摘要
地方特色文旅人才培养对促进职业教育高质量发展、服务中国式现代化具有重要的战略意义.该文针对文旅人才培养与区域文旅产业高质量发展不匹配的现状,探讨了岭南特色文旅人才的内涵,梳理了文旅人才培养的价值逻辑、系统逻辑、实践逻辑和现实逻辑,从专业教育、高水平专业群建设、协同培养平台建设的角度提出了文旅人才培养的路径,为现阶段文旅人才培养提供了有效的思路.
Abstract
The training of cultural and tourism talents with local characteristics is of great strategic significance to promoting the high-quality development of vocational education and serving the Chinese path to modernization.In view of the current situation of mismatch between the training of cultural and tourism talents and the high-quality development of regional cultural and tourism industry,this paper discusses the connotation of cultural and tourism talents with Lingnan characteristics,sorts out the value logic,system logic,practical logic and realistic logic of the training of cultural and tourism talents,and proposes the way of training cultural and tourism talents from the perspectives of professional education,high-level specialty group construction,and collaborative train-ing platform construction,which provides effective ideas for training cultural and tourism talents at the current stage.
