小学社团开展现状调查及优化对策研究——以H市H小学为例

摘要
中小学课后服务是"双减"后教育新时空的重构,是"双减"政策落地的关键.丰富多彩的学生社团活动是课堂形式的延伸,有利于落实素质教育,丰富学校的文化建设,促进学生人际关系的发展.但小学社团开展尚处于初步阶段,面临着缺乏专业教师、场地不足等一系列问题.该研究通过实地调研对H市H小学的社团现状展开研究,探讨现有小学社团存在的问题和可能的解决路径.
Abstract
After-school service in primary and secondary schools is the reconstruction of the new time and space of education since the announcement of the"double reduction"policy,and is the key to the implementation of the"double reduction"policy.Rich and colorful student club activities,as an extension of the classroom,are condu-cive to the implementation of quality-oriented education,enriching the cultural construction of schools,and pro-moting students'interpersonal relationships.However,the development of clubs in primary schools is still at the preliminary stage,facing a series of problems such as a lack of professional teachers and space.This study con-ducts field research to study the current situation of clubs in H Primary School of H City,and explores the prob-lems of existing primary school clubs and the possible solutions to them.
