构建高校辅导员和思政课教师耦合育人的"六次课堂"——基于"一站式"学生社区建设的实践进路

摘要
在当前教育环境中,高校辅导员和思政课教师在大学生思想政治教育过程中相互独立,缺乏育人合力.该文基于"一站式"学生社区建设,构建思政课教师和辅导员耦合育人的"六次课堂",探索"2+6"的耦合育人模式,分析辅导员和思政课教师在耦合育人过程中存在的问题,通过搭建耦合育人平台、建立耦合发展机制、完善育人载体等实现两支队伍横向互通和纵向联动,为育人工作的有效开展提供一定的理论支持,为思想政治教育拓展提供研究视角.
Abstract
In the current educational environment,counselors and ideological and political teachers are indepen-dent of each other in the process of ideological and political education for college students,and lack joint efforts in educating students.Based on"one-stop"student community construction,this paper builds"six classrooms"where counselors and ideological and political teachers cooperate to educate students,explores the"2+6"coop-erative education model,and analyzes the problems existing in the process.By building a cooperative education platform,establishing a coordinated development mechanism,and improving the education carrier,the two teams can achieve horizontal interconnection and vertical linkage,which provides certain theoretical support for the ef-fective development of education,and provides a research perspective for the expansion of ideological and politi-cal education.
