应用型高校课程在地国际化对策研究

摘要
近年来,在地国际化作为在国内实现国际化人才培养的一种育人模式,逐渐受到重视并成为当前高校国际化育人的新趋势.该文基于当前应用型高校开展课程在地国际化时遭遇的困境,从顶层设计、课程体系的建设、师资队伍的优化、校园氛围的营造、实践指南的推出等方面出发,探索应用型高校课程在地国际化的有效路径和对策.
Abstract
In recent years,as a kind of education mode to realize the cultivation of international talents in China,Internationalization at Home has been paid more and more attention and has become a new trend of international education in domestic universities.Based on the current difficulties in the Internationalization at Home of courses in application-oriented universities,this paper explores the effective paths and countermeasures for the local in-ternationalization of courses in application-oriented universities from five aspects:top-level design,construction of curriculum system,optimization of teaching staff,construction of campus atmosphere and introduction of practi-cal guidelines.
