学前融合教育质量提升的困境与出路

摘要
高质量的学前融合教育是我国新时代特殊教育事业发展的重要任务.尽管近年来我国学前融合教育在实践方面已取得一定进展和成就,但实施现状仍不容乐观,面临着缺乏融合理念及质量观念、质量评估框架及指标体系不健全、幼儿教师融合素养与胜任力有待提升的现实困境.为突破困境、找寻出路,促进我国学前融合教育事业高质量发展,应树立科学的学前融合教育理念及质量观念,构建本土化学前融合教育质量评估框架体系,加强职前职后一体化融合教育师资队伍建设.
Abstract
High-quality preschool inclusive education is an important task for the development of special educa-tion undertakings in the new period in our country.Although preschool inclusive education has made some prog-ress and achievements in practice in recent years,the implementation status is still not optimistic.It is still faced with the realistic dilemma of lack of inclusive concept and quality concept,imperfect quality assessment frame-work and index system,and preschool teachers'lack of inclusive quality and competence.In order to break the di-lemma and promote the high-quality development of preschool inclusive education,it is necessary to establish a scientific idea and quality concept of preschool inclusive education,build a localized quality assessment frame-work for preschool inclusive education,and strengthen the team construction of pre-service and post-service in-clusive education teachers.
