满足个性需求的因材施教教学设计与实践

摘要
为了充分培育个性特长,实现教书育人,结合学生的个性需求开展课程教学是"以学生为中心"的一项十分有意义的教学研究与实践.为了满足学生的个性需求,该文以"实验设计与分析"课程为例,分析了学生专业与研究方向的不同导致的个性需求差异,并基于因材施教的教学原则,从案例分析、课堂互动、小组讨论、结课考核四方面进行教学设计.教学实践表明:满足个性需求的因材施教教学设计实现了教与学的高度融合,可以激发学生的学习兴趣,使学生获得更强的个性需求满足感和能力提高的成就感,是提高课堂教学质量的行之有效的教学途径.
Abstract
In order to fully cultivate individual talents and realize teaching and educating people,how to combine students'individual needs to carry out curriculum teaching is a very meaningful teaching research and practice of"student-centered".In order to meet the demand of students'individual character,taking the Experiment Design and Analysis course teaching as an example,the differences of students'individual needs due to their different majors and research directions are analyzed,and based on the principle of teaching students in accordance with their aptitudes,the teaching design is carried out from four aspects:case analysis,classroom interaction,group discussion and final examination.The teaching practice shows that the teaching design to meet individual needs can achieve a high degree of integration of teaching and learning,and stimulate students'interest in learning by obtaining the satisfaction of individual needs,also the sense of achievement to improve ability,is an effective course teaching approach to improve the quality of classroom teaching.
