摘要
生产实习是应用型本科土木工程专业人才培养的重要实践教学环节,新疆工程学院土木工程学院对以往开展生产实习教学时存在的问题进行梳理总结,根据学校土木工程专业人才培养目标,开展了生产实习教学的一系列改革.改革措施紧紧围绕建立高质量校外生产实习基地、延长生产实习时间、加强指导老师过程管理和丰富实习评价机制四个方面展开,改革措施执行后展现出了良好效果,提高了生产实习的教学质量.
Abstract
Production practice is an important practical teaching link in the cultivation of applied undergraduate civil engineering talents.The School of Civil Engineering,Xinjiang Institute of Engineering has carried out a se-ries of reforms of production practice teaching according to the cultivation objectives of civil engineering talents in accordance with the problems of production practice teaching in the past.Reform measures are closely around es-tablishing high-quality off-campus production practice bases,extending the time of production practice,strength-ening the process management of the instructor and enriching the internship evaluation mechanism.The reform measures have shown good results after implementation,and improved the quality of production practice teaching.
