摘要

随着时代快速发展,社会各行业迫切需要具备守正创新、团队协作等方面能力的复合型人才.高校作为人才培养的摇篮,仅采用传统课程制教学模式所培养的学生已难以满足行业对人才的需求,为此,文章提出一种项目制与课程制融合的教学模式,通过分析项目制教学模式的特点,结合两种教学模式的优点,从一门课程的视角构建了融合教学模式的实施方案,使两种教学模式在教学实施过程中有机融合.对融合教学模式的论证表明,该模式在传统课程教学基础上,可锻炼学生自主学习、团队协作、独立创新等方面的能力,更好地服务重庆交通大学复合型人才培养.

Abstract

With the rapid development of the times,various industries in society urgently need compound talents with abilities in innovation,teamwork,etc.As the cradle of talent cultivation,universities that only use traditional course-based teaching models are no longer able to meet the industry's demand for talents.Therefore,a project-based and course-based integrated teaching model is proposed.By analyzing the characteristics of the project-based teaching model and combining the advantages of both teaching models,an implementation plan of the inte-grated teaching model is constructed from the perspective of a course,allowing for the organic integration of the two teaching models during the teaching process.The demonstration of the integrated teaching model shows that,based on traditional curriculum teaching,this model can cultivate students'abilities in independent learning,teamwork,and independent innovation,better serving the cultivation of compound talents at Chongqing Jiaotong University.
