产教融合背景下面向汽车制造行业的物流管理协同育人模式研究

摘要
汽车制造业是国民经济的支柱产业,物流业是支撑国民经济发展的基础性产业.随着我国经济的快速发展,物流业与制造业呈现出融合发展的趋势,物流人才培养对汽车行业可持续发展具有重要的支撑作用.文章研究了汽车制造业物流人才需求与供给的现状,总结了湖北汽车工业学院"三协同、五融合"的协同育人模式及取得的成效,以期为产教融合背景下的物流人才培养提供参考与借鉴.
Abstract
The automobile manufacturing industry is a pillar industry of national economic development,and the logistics industry is a fundamental industry of social and economic development.With the rapid development of China's economy,the logistics and manufacturing industries have shown a trend of integrated development.The cultivation of logistics talents plays an important supporting role in the sustainable development of the automobile industry.The article studies the current situation of demand and supply of logistics talents in the automobile manufacturing industry,summarizes the collaborative education model of"three collaborations and five integra-tions"of Hubei University of Automobile Technology and its achievements,in order to provide reference and in-spiration for the cultivation of logistics talents under the background of industry-education integration.
