"双碳"人才体系建设视域下环境法治人才培养模式创新研究
Research on Innovation of Training Mode of Environmental Rule of Law Talents from the Perspective of"Double Carbon"Talent System Construction

摘要
国家"双碳"人才体系建设,要求高校环境法治人才培养应积极回应涉碳法治人才培养这一新需求.但现阶段国内高校环境法治人才培养模式普遍存在实践能力、创新能力不足的问题,主要表现为培养目标泛化、课程设置需优化更新、实践教学不受重视和教学方法不适宜等方面.回应涉碳法治人才培养需求、环境法治人才培养理念需要完成四个转向,具体路径上需要优化培养目标、设置契合人才培养需求的课程、开展富有针对性的实践教学、选择适宜的教学方法.
Abstract
The construction of the national"double carbon"talent system requires that the training of environ-mental rule of law talents in universities should actively respond to the new demand of the training of carbon-related legal talents.However,at present,the problems of insufficient practical ability and innovation ability exist in the training mode of environmental rule of law talents in domestic colleges and universities,which are mainly manifested in the generalization of training objectives,the need to optimize and update the curriculum,the lack of attention to practical teaching and the inappropriate teaching methods.In response to the training needs of carbon-related legal talents,the training concept of environmental rule of law talents needs to complete four shifts,including optimizing the training objectives,setting up courses that meet the training needs of talents,carry-ing out targeted practical teaching,and choosing appropriate teaching methods.
