摘要
将工匠精神融入高职院校新商科专业学生的核心能力培养,对于提高人才培养质量、培养社会经济发展需要的高素质新商科人才至关重要.文章对工匠精神的内涵和核心能力要素进行分析,对高职院校新商科专业学生的人才培养目标、课程体系、师资队伍、实践活动、平台保障等进行改革与发展,实现将工匠精神融入新商科专业学生的核心能力培养过程.
Abstract
Integrating the craftsmanship spirit into the core competency cultivation of new business majors in higher vocational colleges is crucial for improving the quality of talent cultivation and cultivating high-quality new business talents required for socio-economic development.The article analyzes the connotation of the crafts-manship spirit and the elements of core competencies.By reforming and developing the talent cultivation goals,curriculum system,teaching staff,practical activities,platform support,etc.of new business major students in higher vocational colleges,the aim is to integrate the craftsmanship spirit into the core competency cultivation pro-cess of new business majors.
