专业认证理念下的英语师范人才培养模式探究

摘要
近年来,随着我国师范专业认证的不断推进,面向初级中学的英语师范人才培养模式成为教育领域的热门话题.在师范专业认证相关理念要求下,当前英语师范人才培养模式也面临新的挑战和机遇.面向中学的英语师范人才培养模式不仅关乎着英语教育质量的提升,也直接影响着我国基础英语教育的未来发展.该文旨在对师范认证要求下的英语师范人才培养模式进行深入分析,探讨其存在的问题,构建培养模式,以期为中学英语师范人才培养提供有益的思考与建议.
Abstract
In recent years,with the continuous acceleration of accreditation of teacher-training majors,the train-ing mode of English education talents for junior high schools has become a hot topic in the education field.Under the requirements of the relevant concepts of accreditation of teacher-training majors,the current English educa-tion talent training mode is also facing new challenges and opportunities.The training mode of English education talents for high schools is not only related to the improvement of the quality of English education,but also directly affects the future development of basic English education in our country.This paper aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of the English education talent training mode under the requirements of accreditation of teacher-training majors,explore the existing problems and the construction of the training mode,in order to provide useful ideas and suggestions for the training of English education talents for high schools.
