摘要
目的:对湖南省医学影像技术人才现状和需求情况进行调查分析,为永州职业技术学院医学影像技术专业人才培养方案修订提供依据.方法:采用线上问卷、实地考察、电话访谈等方式,对行业专家、用人单位、同类院校、毕业生、在校生进行调查,并分析数据.结论 与建议:医学影像技术专业人才培养方案还要依据人才需求明确培养定位、依据岗位工作任务和岗位能力需求优化培养规格、依据"岗课赛证"融通理论优化课程体系、通过深化校企合作和强化资源库应用进一步完善实施保障条件.
Abstract
Objective:This paper investigates and analyzes the current situation and demand of medical imaging talents in Hu'nan Province,to provide a basis for the revision of the talent training plan for the medical imaging technology major in Yongzhou Vocational Technical College.Method:An investigation was conducted on experts,employers,similar colleges and universities,graduates,and current students by online questionnaire survey,field interview,and telephone interview,and the data was then analyzed.Conclusions and Recommendations:In terms of the talent training plan of the medical imaging technology major,the following measures still needs to be taken:determining the orientation of training based on talent demand;optimizing training specifications based on job tasks and job capability requirements;optimizing the curriculum system based on the integration of"job,curricu-lum,competition,and certificate";further improving implementation guarantee conditions by enhancing college-enterprise cooperation and resource library application.
