摘要
该文以工具价值与理性价值分析为框架,探讨了中职教育需求侧转向的成因、现状与对策.首先,分析了中职教育需求侧转向的背景及原因.其次,对工具价值与理性价值的内涵与联系进行了阐述.再次,基于工具价值和理性价值研究分析了中职教育需求侧转向面临的现状.最后,针对这些问题,提出了以工具价值和理性价值为基础的中职教育需求侧转向对策分析与建议.该文旨在为中职教育的发展提供理论支持和实践指导,促进中职教育更好地适应社会需求,培养更多更好的人才,为我国经济社会的可持续发展提供有力支撑.
Abstract
Based on the analysis of instrumental value and rational value as a framework,this paper explores the causes,current situation and countermeasures of the demand-side shift in secondary vocational education.First,the background and reasons for the demand-side shift in secondary vocational education are analyzed.Then,the connotation and connection between instrumental value and rational value are elaborated.Based on the research on instrumental value and rational value,the current situation of demand-side shift in secondary vocational educa-tion is analyzed.Finally,in response to these problems,the suggestions on countermeasures for the demand-side shift in secondary vocational education based on instrumental value and rational value are put forward.This paper aims to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the development of secondary vocational education to promote secondary vocational education to better adapt to social needs,cultivate more and better talents,so as to provide strong support for the sustainable development of China's economy and society.
