摘要

为建设具有行业及地方特色的一流本科教育,培养新时代卓越工程人才,该文首先辨析了应用型拔尖创新人才培养的价值、内涵和定位,然后提出了应用型拔尖创新人才的培养路径:更新人才培养理念,组建专家引领型的培养团队,搭设专业教育、创新训练、社会服务"三位一体"培养平台,构建多方合作育人的长效机制.该研究为应用型拔尖创新人才培养提供了实践范例.

Abstract

To build first-class undergraduate education with industry and local characteristics,and to provide a feasible path and innovative practice for cultivating outstanding engineering talents in the new era,the value,con-notation and orientation of the training of application-oriented top-notch innovative talents are analyzed.It is pro-posed that the training path of application-oriented top-notch innovative talents lies in updating the training con-cept of talents,setting up an expert-led training team,setting up a three-in-one training platform of"professional education,innovation training and social service",and building a long-term mechanism of multi-party coopera-tive education,which provides a practical example for the training of application-oriented top-notch innovative talents.
