In the upgrading and transformation of industrial structure,the demand for talents in new technologies and new formats is increasingly strong.The number of college graduates is increasing year after year,and the em-ployment problem of college students is also very prominent.The imbalance between the demand for industrial tal-ents and the supply of college talents has caused the structural contradiction between supply and demand in the talent market.Based on the background of the current integration of talent supply and demand,this paper ana-lyzed the current situation and problems of the integration of talent supply and demand,and put forward strategies for the integration of talent supply and demand from the aspects of strengthening the forecast analysis of talent de-mand,promoting the demand-oriented integration of industry and education,and building a dynamic monitoring and early warning system of supply and demand.
