摘要

"三全育人"是新时代高等教育思想的重要变革.在"大土木"专业人才培养过程中,以本科生导师制为依托,践行"三全育人"理念,探索建立完善的全员育人机制、开展丰富的全过程育人实践以及拓展多维度的全方位育人空间,有利于形成专任教师、管理人员、思政队伍育人合力,发挥导师制育人功能,与大类本科专业宽口径课程设置方案形成互补,落实个性化的人才培养目标,激发学生的学习力,提升学生的思想力和实践创新能力,对提升本科人才培养质量具有重要意义.

Abstract

"Comprehensive education for all staff throughout the entire process"is an important transformation in the ideology of higher education in the new era.In the process of cultivating talents in civil engineering,it relies on the undergraduate tutorial system as a foundation and practices the concept of"comprehensive education."It explores the establishment of a comprehensive education mechanism,carries out extensive educational practices throughout the entire process,and expands a multi-dimensional and all-around educational space.This approach is beneficial for forming a collaborative force among full-time teachers,administrative staff,and ideological and political educators,leveraging the educational function of the tutorial system,complementing the curriculum de-sign of undergraduate majors,implementing personalized talent development goals,stimulating students'learning abilities,enhancing their ideological and practical innovation capabilities,and is of great significance for improv-ing the quality of undergraduate talent cultivation.
