The Influence of Research Self-efficacy on Academic Knowledge Sharing of University Teachers:An Analysis Based on The Role of Intrinsic Motivation and Concern for Status
Based on the Self-Determination Theory,this paper conducts an empirical analysis of 318 valid data collected from universities,then it explores the effect of intrinsic motivation and concern for status on the influ-ence mechanism of research self-efficacy on university teachers'academic knowledge sharing.The results show that research self-efficacy has a significant positive impact on academic knowledge sharing.Intrinsic motivation mediates the positive relation of research self-efficacy with academic knowledge sharing.Concern for status posi-tively moderates the positive influence of research self-efficacy on intrinsic motivation.This research result helps to understand the motivation and behavior of academic knowledge sharing among university teachers,providing theoretical support and practical guidance for promoting academic knowledge sharing among university teachers.
