摘要

该文基于自我决定理论,通过对318份高校教师有效数据的实证分析,探讨了科研自我效能感对高校教师学术知识分享的影响机制,深入分析了内部动机的中介作用和地位关心水平的调节作用.研究发现:科研自我效能感正向影响了高校教师的学术知识分享,内部动机在科研自我效能感和高校教师学术知识分享之间发挥了部分中介作用,地位关心水平在科研自我效能感和内部动机间起调节作用.这一研究结果有助于理解高校教师学术知识分享的心理动机和行为逻辑,为推进高校教师的学术知识分享提供了理论支持和实践指导.

Abstract

Based on the Self-Determination Theory,this paper conducts an empirical analysis of 318 valid data collected from universities,then it explores the effect of intrinsic motivation and concern for status on the influ-ence mechanism of research self-efficacy on university teachers'academic knowledge sharing.The results show that research self-efficacy has a significant positive impact on academic knowledge sharing.Intrinsic motivation mediates the positive relation of research self-efficacy with academic knowledge sharing.Concern for status posi-tively moderates the positive influence of research self-efficacy on intrinsic motivation.This research result helps to understand the motivation and behavior of academic knowledge sharing among university teachers,providing theoretical support and practical guidance for promoting academic knowledge sharing among university teachers.
