摘要
随着社会发展和进步,各行各业对从业者职业道德的要求越来越高,在分析高职院校职业道德培育现状的基础上,着重展示职业道德培育在高职院校文化育人中的重要意义.将以"三老五心"为核心的职业道德培育模式与第二课堂、社团活动、社会实践等有机融合,形成职业素养、道德素养、传统文化为一体的特色校园文化,以期为创新高职院校文化育人模式提供一定借鉴.
Abstract
With the development and progress of society,various industries have increasingly high requirements for the professional ethics of practitioners.Based on the analysis of the current situation of professional ethics cul-tivation in higher vocational colleges,this article focuses on demonstrating the important significance of profes-sional ethics cultivation in cultural education in higher vocational colleges.Taking the practical application of the"Three Elders and Five Hearts"core professional ethics cultivation model in cultural education in higher voca-tional colleges as an example,it integrates this model organically with the second classroom,club activities,social practice,etc.,to form a distinctive campus culture that integrates professional ethics,moral literacy,and tradi-tional culture,in order to provide some reference for innovating the cultural education model of higher vocational colleges.
