摘要
"十三五"以来,国家经济发展由资源粗放型发展进入科学高效型高质量发展阶段,产业集群效应越来越明显,对高素质高技能人才的需求也越来越紧迫.省级环境专业群作为地方推进高校劳动教育创新的资源提供者、实践指导者,在劳动教育资源整合、劳动实践平台构建、专科技能人才培养、高水平师资力量组建等方面拥有较大优势.引领高校、企业、社会组织建立协作关系,对新时代青年树立正确劳动观念、劳动态度、养成劳动习惯发挥着关键性作用.只有不断创新劳动教育路径,才能形成符合时代需求的全面发展育人体系新格局.
Abstract
Since the"13th Five-Year Plan",the national economic development has entered the stage of scien-tific,efficient and high-quality development from the resource-expensive development,and the effect of indus-trial clusters has become more and more obvious,and the demand for high-quality and high-skilled talents has become more and more urgent.As a resource provider and practice guide to promote the innovation of labor educa-tion in colleges and universities,the provincial environmental professional group has a greater advantage in the in-tegration of labor education resources,the construction of a platform for labor practice,the training of specialized skilled talents,and the formation of high-level faculty members,etc.By leading the colleges and universities,en-terprises,and social organizations to establish a collaborative relationship,it plays a key role in establishing a cor-rect concept of labor,labor attitudes,and cultivating the habits of labor for the youth in the new era of labor educa-tion.Education plays a key role,and only by constantly creating innovative paths for labor education can we form a new pattern of comprehensive development and education system that meets the needs of the times.
