摘要
药学实验室开放管理存在有责权分散、试剂耗材浪费、设备维护不到位、危废处理不规范、师生安全意识薄弱等问题.针对问题,把6S管理理念融入实验室开放过程中,规范管理各功能实验室的开放时间、危废操作规程、设备操作规程、实验操作、安全教育及安全应急培训,丰富实验室安全文化建设.实施后,完善了实验室开放管理的各类规章制度,提升了师生安全素养,营造了良好的实验室开放秩序,为实验室的开放提供基础保障,助推药学实验室的高效利用和安全性建设,提高了药学实验室的管理能力.
Abstract
There are some problems in the open management of pharmaceutical laboratories,such as decentraliza-tion of responsibilities,waste of reagents and consumables,inadequate equipment maintenance,non-standard treatment of hazardous waste,and weak safety awareness of teachers and students.In response to the problems,the 6S management concept is integrated into the laboratory opening process,and the opening hours,hazardous waste operation procedures,equipment operation procedures,experimental operation,safety education and safety emergency training of each functional laboratory are regulated and managed,so as to enrich the construction of laboratory safety culture.After implementation,it has improved various rules and regulations of laboratory open management,enhanced the safety literacy of teachers and students,created a good laboratory open order,provided basic guarantee for the opening of laboratories,promoted the efficient utilization and safety construction of phar-maceutical laboratories,and improved the management capacity of pharmaceutical laboratories.
